Telemundo Upfront 2015-2016 “Hispanic America at its Best”
For the 2016 Telemundo Upfront at the Lincoln Center in New York City, our goal was to convey that our brand was evolving: we were no longer about typical telenovelas, or Latino stereotypes, but rather, Telemundo was on a quest to elevate standards and raise the bar of Hispanic Media, for an audience that craved for something different.
To bring this special brand spot to life, Susan Solano (EVP Marketing for Telemundo at the time) and I, partnered with the London-based agency, Dixon Baxi, to create a visually stunning piece, that showcased Hispanic talent in front of, as well as behind the scenes. It was an invitation for American media buyers to see us in a different light.
